A graduate of EDHEC and ESSEC business schools, Sébastien has over 20 years' experience in strategy consulting. Returning to Monaco in 2014, he is committed to the development of the Monegasque marketplace. Visionary and pragmatic, he focuses on innovation and a collaborative approach across the Principality.

NATALIA BERRIN

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR, CERTIFIED ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING SPECIALIST

A graduate of the EDHEC business school, Natalia has been working in the financial sector for nearly ten years, where she stands out for her ability to combine technical expertise with a sense of strategy. Driven by a human and collaborative approach, she instills in the team a culture of excellence and initiative. Her solutions-oriented leadership has helped make Phoenix a benchmark player in the Monegasque market.
