Sébastien Prat
Sebastien is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and has over 19 years of experience in the consulting industry. After a career with Deloitte in Luxembourg, Sebastien returned to Monaco in 2014 to create and manage the Monegasque subsidiary for 4 years. In 2018, he created Phoenix Consulting Monaco with the ambition to promote the adoption of best practices in the Principality.
Natalia Berrin
Graduated from EDHEC Business School, Natalia began her career in the financial industry in Moscow. In 2016, she returned to Monaco to put her expertise at the service of the Monegasque ecosystem by joining Deloitte and then co-creating Phoenix Consulting. Natalia masters the specificities of the Monegasque regulations applicable to companies and has managed large-scale projects for the Monegasque marketplace.
Vincent Ragaine
Trained as an engineer and graduated from Ecole Centrale, Vincent worked for 4 years as a financial auditor at Mazars in Paris. Rigorous, methodical and with a multi-sector knowledge of the organisational and regulatory challenges facing companies, he is now putting his expertise and experience at the service of the Monegasque market.
Sébastien Rozette
Trained as an engineer, Sébastien worked for 3 years in a Parisian consulting firm specialising in strategy and operational excellence on various assignments, particularly in the high-tech industries (aeronautics, space, medical, consumer goods, etc.). He joined Phoenix Consulting with the aim of putting into practice, in Monaco, the operational best-practices implemented by these leading industries.
Eleonora Altissimo
A graduate of the Rennes School of Business' Grande Ecole Program, specializing in International Finance, Eleonora pursued her studies internationally, spanning France, England, and the United Arab Emirates. Her years of experience as a financial auditor at a Big 4 firm and as an analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions at a Parisian investment bank have equipped her with a multidisciplinary understanding of corporate strategy and expertise in external business growth. She now brings this wealth of knowledge to serve Phoenix Consulting Monaco and its clients.
Alison Clerisse
Alison, who graduated in international business law, has a particular interest in financial security. She worked for 2 years as a compliance officer at a leading private bank in Monaco as well as at a French bank. She now supports a wide variety of Monaco professionals in their compliance efforts.
Elliot Deloncle
Elliot graduated from SKEMA with a master's degree in business strategy consulting. He has a strong interest in management consulting and digital transformation. After a first experience as a junior consultant in a French bank for a large-scale internal project, he has developed strong project management skills.
Baptiste galtier
Holder of a Master's degree in Public Business Law and a University degree in Compliance, Baptiste is a specialist in AML/CFT issues. After his initial experience in risk management and compliance at RATP in Paris, Baptiste joined Phoenix Consulting to put into practice the lessons learned in anti-money laundering within a dynamic and humane team.
Léa hainault
Graduated with a Master's degree in Banking Law and Fintech, Léa possesses in-depth knowledge in the regulatory field concerning compliance and financial security, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors. After gaining experience in compliance with a portfolio management company and a life insurance company, Léa joined Phoenix Consulting to better assist Monegasque professionals in their compliance efforts.
Rémy Julien
Specialized in the field of new technologies law, data protection law, and the regulation of artificial intelligence, Rémy possesses extensive knowledge in this area, particularly in the GDPR and the AI Act. Rémy also has expertise in business law, which he gained through his initial experience with a prestigious law firm in the Monégasque market.
Baptiste Bourdeau
Baptiste is a double graduate from EM Lyon Business School and specializes in diverse Business Consulting assignments related to project management and the digital transformation of companies. With several professional experiences in Paris and Lyon, he has successfully built a strong expertise in the consulting field and digital realm, which he aims to further develop within Phoenix.
Jean-Philippe Mion
A graduate of the Master 2 in Banking Law and FinTech at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Nice, Jean-Philippe has acquired a solid knowledge of business law with a unique specialisation in banking and prudential matters. After initial experience in investment banking with a leading institution, Jean-Philippe decided to join Phoenix Consulting to put his compliance skills into practice.
Merwan Vasseur
Merwan holds a Master's degree in Business School and an LLM from St. John's University in New York, complemented by a Master's degree specialising in Banking and Fintech Law. His academic background demonstrates a wide range of expertise. His experience has mainly focused on auditing, RGPD compliance and the technological aspects surrounding it, forged within prestigious law firms, as well as an enriching experience within a startup renowned for its third-party risk management software. Passionate about the world of finance and technology, Merwan has developed a strong appetite for the interactions between these two spheres.
Lea Franco
Lea holds a Master's degree in Private Litigation Management. After an initial experience in business law within a prestigious Monegasque law firm, followed by a compliance experience in a consulting company, Lea joined Phoenix Consulting with the aim of offering personalised support to professionals in the Principality of Monaco.
Sandrine Peradon
Sandrine, who holds a degree in Management Support and Accounting, worked for 15 years in the field of offshore maritime and tanker design. Her rigor, organization, and project management experience are valuable assets for Phoenix Consulting, where she works as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant.
