Twelve new jurisdictions subject to 2024 reporting requirements for the year 2023
Ministerial Decree no. 2023-776 of December 26, 2023, published in the Journal de Monaco of December 29, 2023, updates the lists of reportable and participating jurisdictions.
1. 12 new reportable jurisdictions
The following jurisdictions are now subject to declaration:
- Antigua and Barbuda
- Aruba
- Costa Rica
- Ghana
- Cook Islands
- Kazakhstan
- Kenya
- Maldives
- Pakistan
- Saint Kitts and Nevis
- Thailand
- Turkey
These countries will be subject to CRS reporting from 2024, based on information from 2023.
2. Modification of the list of participating jurisdictions
The list of participating jurisdictions now consists exclusively of :
- Reportable jurisdictions,
- Non-reciprocal jurisdictions (countries that send CRS declarations to Monaco, but to which Monaco does not send CRS declarations).
The following jurisdictions have become participating (as they are newly reportable):
- Antigua and Barbuda
- Ghana
- Kazakhstan
- Kenya
- Maldives
- Thailand
- Turkey
The following jurisdictions have been removed from the list of participating jurisdictions:
