Ministerial Order no. 2018-1145, published in the Journal de Monaco on December 14, 2018, updates the lists of jurisdictions reportable and participating.

Reportable jurisdictions
Seven new jurisdictions will be subject to CRS reporting from 2019 onwards based on 2018 information:
- Aruba
- Colombia
- Curaçao
- Turks and Caicos Islands
- Lebanon
- Montserrat
- Nauru
Participating jurisdictions
Two new countries have been added to the list of participating jurisdictions, in addition to those subject to declaration:
- Costa Rica
- Grenada
Please note: Aruba becomes a participating jurisdiction at the same time as a reportable jurisdiction.
