Two new jurisdictions subject to 2021 reporting requirements for 2020
Ministerial Order no. 2020-869, published in Monaco’s Journal de Monaco on December 18, 2020, updates the lists of reportable jurisdictions.
This new publication adds two jurisdictions to the list of reportable countries: Anguilla and Curaçao.
These countries will be subject to CRS reporting from 2021 onwards, based on information from 2020.
The lists of participating and non-reciprocal jurisdictions remain unchanged (except for Curacao, which has been removed from the list of non-reciprocal jurisdictions).
