Why should you purchase the training?

Choosing our training course gives your employees unlimited access for one year to up-to-date content tailored to Monaco’s AML/CFT-P-C requirements.

A flexible format that is easy to roll out

The training consists of 7 short modules, featuring animated sequences lasting less than 10 minutes, with a multiple-choice quiz at the end of each module. With a total duration of one hour, it can be completed at each participant’s own pace, on a computer or mobile phone, and resumed at any time from where they left off.

Up-to-date content grounded in practice

Completely redesigned, the training incorporates recent changes in Monaco’s regulatory framework, including the AMSF’s April 2026 Generic Guidelines, the Sovereign Ordinance of 30 May 2025, and developments relating to ETHRs and politically exposed persons.

It draws on lessons learned from AMSF inspections and sanctions and provides in-depth coverage of several key topics: source of wealth, source of funds and origin of funds, beneficial owners in complex ownership structures, targeted financial sanctions, asset freezes and circumvention risks. Practical case studies tailored to the various regulated sectors illustrate how regulatory requirements apply in practice.

Simplified training records

Upon completion of the training, each participant automatically receives a personalised certificate stating their name, the title of the training course and the completion date, making it easier to track training as part of the institution’s compliance programme.
